TOPFLEX ONE is a ready-to-use, one-component waterproofing membrane in paste form, formulated with high-modulus silyl-modified elastomers. Once cured, it forms a seamless, highly elastic and durable membrane, providing effective waterproofing and long-lasting protection against water, weathering and environmental stresses.

After curing, the product is walkable and can be left exposed, thanks to its excellent resistance to UV radiation and atmospheric agents. Unlike traditional cementitious waterproofing membranes, which require a protective coating to preserve their performance over time, TOPFLEX ONE maintains its properties even under direct exposure to sunlight and weathering.

The product also provides the ideal waterproofing substrate for the subsequent installation of ceramic tiles, which can be bonded directly using C2S1 cementitious adhesives, ensuring a reliable and long-lasting waterproofing system.

TOPFLEX ONE is particularly suitable for:

• Waterproofing of terraces, balconies and walkable outdoor surfaces.

• Waterproofing of concrete structures and concrete substrates.

• Protection and repair of micro-cracked renders by forming an elastic anti-cracking coating.

• Waterproofing of metal sheet and timber roofs, as well as other substrates subject to thermal movement.
